How long will it take to receive my order?
Turnaround time depends upon the product. Pre-designed stock flags get shipped out right away. Custom orders can take anywhere from 7-14 days, depending on the printing options. Ground Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.Please note: Printing and shipping turnaround time does not start until we receive your order, payment and artwork approval.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Yes, contact us by phone or email and request a rush order. Just have your order information ready.
Can I see my design before I pay the balance?
Yes, we will be in contact with you each step of the way during the design process!
Can I return a custom item?
No, we do not accept returns or refunds on custom items.

Do I want single or double-sided feather flag?
A single-sided printed flag has the design printed on just the one side. This allows the flag to move more freely in the wind, making the design eye-catching. However, this type of print will also show through to the other side of your flag in a mirrored image.
A double-sided printed flag has a design which features on both sides of the flag. They are composed of three flags sewn together, making the overall flag much heavier and sturdier (therefore making them longer lasting).
Which base is most suitable for my feather flag?
The type of base you require to anchor your base is dependent upon the ground you wish to place it on. For instance, if you are displayed your flag on soft ground it is best to use a ground spike to anchor your flag to, whereas if you are placing the flag on hard ground it is best to use a water base. If you plan to display the flag indoors then a cross-base stand is the most suitable option.
How log wiill my feather flag last?
The life of a feather flag depends on variety of different factors, such as: weather conditions, location, length of time outside and how well the flag is looked after. That being said we cannot give the exact amount of time a flag will last. See the below faq for advice on how to look after and prolong the life of your flag.
How do I take care of my feather flag?
To ensure you get the longest available life from your flag, it's important to take care of it the best you can. Here are a few tips on how you can take appropriate care of your flag.
- We recommend taking your outdoor flags indoors when closed or during high winds (i.e. exceeding 25mph). High wind speeds could sustain damage to the fabric.
- Avoid any added weight such as snow or heavy rain.
- Be cautious and careful when choosing a location to place your flag. For instance, you should avoid placing them where they may flap against solid surfaces such as rough walls or fences, on which they may get caught on and cause tearing or wear.
- Regularly wash your flag to remove any dirt and debris collected which could cause discolouration of the fabric and to ensure they are kept in a good condition. Our flags can be dry-cleaned or machine-washed at 30 degrees.
- Ensure that your flags are completely dry before folding or putting away – we feel it is best to fit your flag back to its pole to remove any creases.
